Blood in Phlegm

I was startled to see blood in my phlegm. In the past few weeks I have had this cough. I took medications already, like Sinecod and Ambroxol, along with Amoxicillin, but it seems that they do not work. My lungs feel heavy, there is a very sticky phlegm. My phlegm looked like a very sticky ball colored red. I hope this is nothing serious. I can still do my usual activities, but sometimes I need to catch my breath. I always walk to and fro my Review Center, since there is no direct jeepney route towards there. When my father gets back from Quezon, I will ask him to bring me to a doctor for check up. I am not a smoker, but I am exposed to pollution as I travel through the polluted Metro everyday.
